Produced by TITOUCHE Company, all My Tango Shoes by Mono are handmade and, in our small workshop, we use natural materials (leather, textiles) of the best quality. Each pair has its own fascinating story. Here are some guidelines for you to follow when you become our customers. Please read carefully these terms and conditions, they may help you have a good experience while ordering your own tango Mono shoes.
Online purchases
Upon selecting a model from our online shop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Furthermore, if you choose to contact us regarding a customized model, with specific requests, all our correspondence will take place by e-mail. Given that we produce all the My Tango Shoes by Mono items, your shoes will be shipped in maximum 3 days from the moment of order. If any delays occur (due to delays from our suppliers), you will be notified by e-mail. We hold no responsibility for any occasional delays of shipped goods caused by postal services or local Custom authorities.
IMPORTANT NOTE for our customers outside EU: additional tax fees may apply to your order, depending on the local Customs regulations.
Return Policy
If you wish to return your shoes in the above-mentioned 15-days period, please write us an e-mail to
contact _at_ monoshoes _dot_ ro.
You have the right to return shoes if they do not fit, according to our terms and conditions listed
below.
We offer you the possibility to exchange or return your ordered shoes, on the condition that the item is not
used or damaged: worn, scratched sole. So, please, first try the new shoes on a soft surface (e.g. carpet). All
items must be shipped at customers' own expenses within 15 working days, counting from the date of
reception.
Once the items have been received in good conditions, SC TITOUCHE will proceed with the exchange or
refund, which includes the sales amount paid by the customer and the initial shipping costs.
We Customize, But There Are Some Rules
Any original model from this shop can be customized, according to our clients’ desires. It means a different leather, a different type of sole or heel height, as well as other particular adjustments:
- Wider/narrower model, according to the customer’s measurements
- Modifications in the shoe structure, if the customers has special requirements (different sized feet, heightened shoe etc.)
- Additional straps/shoelaces etc.
We advise you, in addition to specifying your regular foot size, to provide us with your foot measurements (see our size guide). Please follow the instructions as close as possible; to ensure that we don’t receive wrong measures and you are not disappointed if the shoes don’t fit.
If this case occurs, and we need to modify your shoes, all the shipping costs in the process of changing the shoes will be supported by the customer. If you request other changes to the original model you ordered, additional fees may apply. This aspect will be discussed individually with you. The exchange is to be made just once, any further adjustments and modifications will have extra charges.
Prices
We reserve our right to change prices of the items sold in this online shop. We can also withdraw certain products, due to different reasons. As we are a small company that produces limited series of tango shoes, working closely with our clients, there will be situations when certain materials (leather, mainly) can run our of stock. Our policy is not to withdraw the model from the shop, but to offer the interested client a similar color/type/texture so that he or she can still have the pair of shoes of their choice. If such modifications occur, changes in pricing may apply. Not necessarily meaning that the shoes will become pricier.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you are of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
